Shipping Policy

The following terms and conditions and any other related rules made available in writing by Total Image Care, Inc  (collectively the "Conditions of Sale") are applicable to all TIC products that you (the "Customer") may order from Total Image Care, Inc. , a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Maryland and having its corporate headquarters at 1850 York Road, Suite I, Lutherville-Timonium, MD, USA, ("Total Image Care, Inc." or referred to herein as “TIC”,  "us", "our" or "we") either (a) by phone (1-410-560-0614) via the Customer Service center of TIC (the "Customer Service Center") or (b) on the Internet via TIC's Website, identified by the domain name "" (the "Website").

By placing an order through the Customer Service Center or on the Website or by registering at the Customer Service Center or the Website to purchase TIC products, you guarantee that you are a legitimate customer in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below and that you accept to be bound by these Conditions of Sale.

1. General

These Conditions of Sale apply only to sales made through the Customer Service Center or the Website. The Conditions of Sale applicable to any order placed through the Customer Service Center or the Website are those in force on the date you place your order. Sales conducted through hospital-based Image Recovery Centers or licensed Image Recovery Centers are not subject to these Conditions of Sale.

TIC may modify the Conditions of Sale from time to time, at its sole discretion, and your continued use and/or registration following such change will signify your agreement to be bound in the future by the modified Conditions of Sale.

Please read the Conditions of Sale and check the Website on a regular basis to be informed of any changes. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions of Sale, then you must immediately contact the Customer Service Center to cancel your registration and refrain from ordering any TIC product through the Customer Service Center or the Website.

For those persons wishing to use the Customer Service Center or the Website, they must read and agree to be bound by TIC's policies relating to those services. In particular, we draw your attention to our Website Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated to these Conditions of Sale by reference.

2. Purchasing

Registration and orders are limited to physical persons who are citizens of or residents living in the United States of America, the 50 states located therein and the District of Columbia.

To register and place an order through the Customer Service Center or on the Website, you must have reached the age of majority (which in most states is 18 years old) and have legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are under the age of majority or cannot lawfully enter into a contract, you must have your parent or guardian review these Conditions of Sale, the Website Terms of Use and the TIC U.S. Online Shop and Customer Service Center Privacy Policy and register and place an order on your behalf. Any orders placed in contravention to this provision shall be null and void.

TIC products are exclusively available for sale to end-user Customers only and may not be bought for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. Consequently, TIC further reserves the right to refuse orders placed by Customers who breach this condition or if TIC reasonably suspects, in its sole discretion, a Customer has breached, intends to breach, or evidences that it will breach this condition. Moreover, in the event that TIC reasonably suspects that a third party has breached a customer's registration, password and/or account login, TIC will immediately cancel and terminate the account.

All orders placed through the Customer Service Center or on the Website are subject to availability and acceptance by TIC.

TIC reserves the right to change the assortment of items offered and to limit the quantity of items that may be purchased from time to time and at any time, without prior notice.

You may browse the product pages of the Website or contact the Customer Service Center, to discover products that are currently presented for sale. Please note that only those items displaying an "add to shopping cart" button are available for sale through the Website. You may also call the Customer Service Center (1-410-560-0614) and a TIC representative will provide you with further information as to product availability and assist you with your purchase.

In order to place an order through the Customer Service Center or on the Website, you or the TIC representative on your behalf will be required to register and create an online account. During this process, you will be required to provide valid and up-to-date personal information, such as your legal name, phone number and e-mail address.

Upon completion of your registration on the Website or by the TIC representative, a TIC account will be created which allows you to manage your customer profile and account settings. An email will be sent to your e-mail address, summarizing your personal information and with a link to the My Account section of the Website. You are responsible for ensuring that your password and account login are kept secret, safe and secure at all times. TIC will not be held responsible or liable for any misuse of your account in the event that a third party has access to and uses your password and account login in any way.

We may change the information required to place an order or the registration requirements from time to time. Please refer to our TIC U.S. Online Shop and Customer Service Center Privacy Policy for more details.

When placing an order through the Customer Service Center or on the Website, you will be required to provide other personal information as applicable, such as shipping address, billing address and payment details. Additional information may be collected by TIC or its third party providers at this time for security and anti-fraud purposes.

You represent and warrant that the personal information you provide to the Customer Service Center or via the Website is true, valid, complete and up-to-date in all respects, and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the shipping (unless the item is a gift) and billing information provided.

Should any of the information you provide to the Customer Service Center or on the Website change, please login to your account and update such information directly on the Website, inform the Customer Service Center or notify TIC at the following e-mail address:

3. Orders

Shipping will be provided by UPS. TIC reserves the right to use other carriers including USPS which will be utilized for PO Box addresses.  Orders in excess of $150.00 will receive free standard “ground” shipping within the continental United States.  Your shipping will be calculated on the website before check out.

If you are ordering on the Website, orders will be processed as follows: Once you have chosen a product, click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button to place this product in your shopping cart. You may then decide to continue shopping for other products and add them to your shopping cart (subject to availability and quantity limits) or proceed to "Checkout" by clicking on this button. You may also remove one or several products you have selected by clicking on "Remove" next to the chosen product in the Shopping Cart. When you have completely reviewed your order, click on the "Place order" button on the Website to place your order.

When ordering by telephone through the Customer Service Center (1-410-560-0614), a TIC representative will follow the order process on your behalf.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided for herein, TIC reserves the right to refuse, cancel and terminate orders at any moment in time. For example, TIC may refuse your order if there is an ongoing dispute concerning payment of a prior order or if TIC reasonably suspects that you have violated these Conditions of Sale or that you have engaged in fraudulent or grey market activities.

Return Policy

At Total Image Care Inc. we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely satisfied with any purchase, for any reason, we will happily provide you a prompt refund, credit, or exchange for the purchase price (Including Maryland State tax, if any, but not including shipping within 30 days of purchase.

Our return policy is easy. We will accept returns on any online order within 30 days of your purchase for any reason. Simply call or email us at 1-410-560-0614 or to make arrangements to return the product to us via US Mail or any other shipper. Upon receipt of the return, we will credit 100% of your purchase price. We do reserve the right to deny returns in the case of suspected abuse (i.e. multiple returns from the same customer, or a substantially used product). Please send the package securely wrapped and pre-paid to our offices (we do not accept C.O.D. mail or shipping charges):

Please return the item within 30 days. The cost of the items (including tax, if any, but not including shipping) returned will be promptly refunded, credited to your credit card, or exchanged for the purchase price and tax (if any) depending on how the product was originally purchased.

Note to International Customers: Because duties and taxes are collected by the government in the country where the goods are received (an not by Total Image Care, Inc), we do not reimburse for these expenses.
