On October 7, 2013, Image Recovery Centers announced the grand opening of their newest center in Maryland, located in the Patricia D. and M. Scot Kaufman Cancer Center at Upper Chesapeake Health. The center will offer a wide range of services for men, women and children to help them manage the appearance related side effects of cancer and cancer treatment. Services include skin care treatments, makeup application, manicures and pedicures, complimentary image consultations and more. Patients and their families will also be able to buy a variety of products to help manage the sometime uncomfortable side effects of their disease at the center.

The new Image Recovery Center is designed to be a calm and relaxing environment for patients and includes salon and nail areas as well as a separate room for mastectomy fittings.
